I am excited to begin this action research project to explore how blended learning can transform the way we establish and provide professional development for teachers. Today's classrooms are constantly evolving, and the dynamics required to support student growth have become increasingly complex. By researching and demonstrating the benefits of various teaching methods, I hope to provide teachers with opportunities to integrate these approaches into classroom procedures that will ultimately benefit their students.

By allowing new teachers to receive flexibility in their support, we can foster a better relationship with their instructional coach or mentor, and provide timely feedback to meet their specific needs in the classroom. This research aims not only to improve support but also to nurture self-awareness and resilience in our teachers. The process of reflecting on their progress and what they have learned helps teachers understand their strengths and areas for improvement, making their learning experience more meaningful and personalized. Through this study, I hope to demonstrate the value of blended learning by providing data-driven evidence that can inspire fellow educators to adopt this approach. |
