My journey began with a passion for creating an interactive learning experience for new teachers in our New Teacher Academy, a passion I have pursued for the past four years. Integrating new technologies and methodologies has presented both challenges and rewards. At the heart of this process has been the incredible support and collaboration with fellow educators in this course, as well as my teaching and learning team, who helped spark my creative process. This collaboration has allowed me to develop innovative teaching practices and foster a collaborative learning community.
My ePortfolio serves as a map showcasing the successful projects we have created and the learning experiences of our new teachers throughout this blended learning process. This year has been a powerful confirmation of my abilities, and I am excited to share my accomplishments with my team and school.
