Digital Resources
The Digital Resources Course has been a transformative experience, pushing me beyond my comfort zone. I never imagined myself contributing to a publication or hosting a podcast, but with the support of my peers and the guidance of the course, I am now one step closer to achieving these goals. This course has shifted my perspective on technology, empowering me to use it as a tool to enhance learning rather than as a primary focus. Additionally, I have gained valuable insights into various digital tools for my classmates, expanding my pedagogical toolkit.

Blog Posts
Reflecting on my journey through this course has been incredibly valuable for my growth in the ADL program. Exploring various publications inspired me to consider different blogs and articles as potential outlets for my own writing. Learning about audiovisual tools helped me understand the positive impact these resources can have in the classroom and their potential to support student success. The concept of "work in progress" allowed me to reflect on peer feedback of my rough draft and refine my work accordingly. The discussions and blog posts created a valuable space for thoughtful reflection and critical analysis of our efforts.

The Teacher Toolbox Podcast
When we began our podcast, we didn't have a fancy studio or high-end equipment; all we had was an iPhone and a passion for supporting new teachers. Two members of our teaching and learning team joined me to share our enthusiasm for helping new educators, as well as our insights on technology and blended learning. Initially, I was apprehensive about my voice and found myself starting the introduction multiple times. However, once we found our rhythm and focus, we naturally continued the conversation about this topic, as we do every day. To listen to the podcast, click the link below.

Publication
This course has taught me a valuable lesson: you don't have to be an expert to share your knowledge. Your passion and experience can make a significant contribution. I have always been passionate about supporting new teachers by providing them with the tools to be successful, which in turn benefits their students. I am eager to share my insights on how using blended learning can add an extra layer of support, feedback, and innovative teaching strategies for educators who are interested in implementing this approach in their programs or classrooms.
